Los Angeles was established in May, 1939. We have the proud
distinction of being the oldest chapter of Executive Women International.
On May 14, 2009, we celebrated our 70th Anniversary milestone
at member firm Shutters on the Beach Hotel in Santa Monica.
It was a perfect venue to hold our Platinum Anniversary event.
With the help and support of our Los Angeles members, and EWI
partners from San Diego, San Fernando Valley and Long Beach,
the event was a huge success. EWI Corporate President, Peggy
Quinn, EWI Memphis, was our guest speaker who gave a passionate
presentation about the organization and plans for future success.
We also viewed a captivating video showing the accomplishments
we have made over the years. Pictures from the evening can be
